Bank of Queensland design, user interface, and customer experience enhanced.  Online rebrand with full CMS integration. user experience, human-centered design, user experience total overhaul of BOQ “love bank” giving back to the customer. I was the lead customer experience director to help guide the project to success, and complete this 6-8month complete redesign of BOQ core banking platform.
